Beautiful Ceremony/Reception for Margaret & Mike

Sunday, September 21 was the big day for Mike & Margaret Charewicz. They hired me to play at both their ceremony held at Friendship Park ( in Des Plaines and for their reception at European Crystal ( in Arlington Heights.
2 setups at 2 different locations can become quite challenging but with advanced planning and arriving extra early everything went down like a charm. They put together their own play list for both cocktail/dinner and for dance time. They picked a great song for the introductions; “Grazing In The Grass” by Hugh Masekla. Their first dance was Etta James’ “At Last.” Mike had 2 father/daughter dances. The photos show that fun was had by all out on a packed dance floor. Great dancing to Raggae and Country Hits as well. Check out the video of the final dance of the evening; Michael Buble’s oustanding version of “Save The Last Dance for Me.” Best wishes to Margaret & Mike. Thanks for having me as your DJ/MC, it was a special day.
