Fun at The Zoo with Melinda & Justin

The Brookfield Zoo (cateredevents@czs.org) with a Beatles theme made Justin Simon & Melinda Pich’s Ceremony & Reception so unique & special on September 10th. The outdoor ceremony at the Peacock Pavilion included prelude of Beatles favorites; “Because”, “Eight Days A Week”, and “Penny Lane.” Melinda walked down the outdoor aisle to; “Hey Jude” with “All You Need is Love” for the Recessional. The swamp for cocktails & dinner & dance at Bocaditos. Orange Up-Lights. The best man, matron of honor & maid of honor gave some of the best toasts I have ever hear, well prepared, funny & not to long.
The maid of honor, Daniela Grimaldi, was most effective in using “Beatle’s” lyrics woven throughout her toast. Great dancing with a great light show highlighted by “Dancing Under The Stars” lighting effect. Their photographer Jeff (www.jfkphoto.com) was great to work with & took many great shoots. Justin & Melinda’s 1st dance; “Something” to “Ob La Di Ob La Da” as their final song kept both young & old on the dance floor.
