Jan & Mark Tie The Knot

It is always a joy to be a part of a wonderful couples big day. On June the 10th, Mark & Jan (Sterling) Kleinie with their closest relatives and friends in attendance were married at Meson Sabika (mesonsabika.com) in Naperville. The ceremony was held outside with cocktails, dinner & dance occurring in the main ballroom. They choose to be introduced to “All You Need Is Love” by The Beatles and cut their wedding cake to “That’s Amore” by Dean Martin. They prepared a prioritized list of favorites songs and also allowed for requests by their guests. Their 1st dance as newly weds was “Have I Told You Lately” by Rod Stewart, “I loved Her First” for Jan & her father, “Can You Feel The Love Tonight” by Elton John for Mark & his mother and “Sea of Love” by the Honeydrippers for the Bridal party dance. Their Anniversary dance had a nice twist to it, in that engaged couples as well as married couples were encouraged to participate to “Sweet Love” by Anita Baker. The guests kept the dance floor busy throughout the evening. Full light show including Dancing Under The Stars. Highlights included the Cha Cha Slide, the Hokey Pokey, a spontaneous party train (see photo) led by Jan and a soul train (see photos) line. Jan & her classmates from the University of Iowa partied like it was “1999” & “Let’s Go Crazy” by Prince. Their guests witnessed Jan & Mark departing to “We Gotta get Out of This Place” by the Animals. Since Mark is an engineer with Shure Inc.(www.shure.com), we would like to plug Shure and their quality microphones, which we exclusively use for each and every event. Thank you Mark & Jan.
